At Fax Fuel, our primary focus is delivering top-notch products from renowned brands to our valued customers, all at remarkable discounts. Due to our streamlined margins, we are unable to accommodate returns or exchanges for any items. However, under truly exceptional circumstances and solely at the seller’s discretion, we may consider a return or order cancellation, which carries a fixed 20% restocking fee, a $75 cancellation fee, and a reverse delivery charge. Approval for returns or cancellations must be explicitly granted via email confirmation from our team. Please note that this policy may not be applicable to all merchants, with any exceptions being duly listed on the item’s page.
In cases where the “Free Shipping” option was utilized, we reserve the right to levy outgoing shipping expenses, as shipping is already integrated into the price. Furthermore, the buyer will be responsible for covering round-trip shipping costs incurred by Fax Fuel.
We do not assume liability for items restricted for sale on Amazon or designated as prohibited for FBA shipment. It is the buyer’s obligation to verify their eligibility for selling such items on Amazon or other marketplaces before purchase. This encompasses aspects such as brands, categories, PPE, hazmat, IP, pesticide, limited storage space, and policies.

We hold no responsibility for items that have been stored for over 30 days within our warehouses. It falls within the buyer’s purview to monitor their account status, encompassing inventory limits, hazmats, ungates, etc. Should Fax Fuel not receive Amazon FBA box labels, items will be discarded without eligibility for a refund.
